All products sold on Refined Resolve are digital products, including:

  • ebooks
  • digital planners
  • bundles and downloadable content

👉 No physical products are shipped.


2. DELIVERY METHOD

After a successful purchase, customers receive access to their products via:

  • instant download link on the order confirmation page
  • email delivery sent to the provided email address
  • Shopify digital download system (or third-party app if used)

3. DELIVERY TIME

Digital products are delivered:

👉 Immediately after successful payment

In rare cases, delivery may take a few minutes depending on email provider or system processing.


4. ACCESS ISSUES

If you do not receive your download:

  • check spam/junk folder
  • verify the email used at checkout
  • contact support if access is still missing

We will assist in resolving any technical issues.


5. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

Since all products are digital:

  • there are no shipping fees
  • no tracking numbers
  • no physical delivery times

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing a correct email address at checkout
  • ensuring they can access downloaded files
  • saving their files after download (where applicable)

We are not responsible for lost access due to user error.
