Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.


1. NO REFUNDS

All products sold on Refined Resolve are digital downloads (ebooks, planners, bundles).

👉 Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • the product is delivered instantly after payment
  • you waive your right to request a refund
  • all sales are final

2. DIGITAL PRODUCT ACCESS

After purchase:

  • you receive immediate access to the product
  • access is delivered via download link or email
  • no physical shipment is involved

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct email address during checkout.


3. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:

  • duplicate purchase of the same product
  • proven technical issue preventing access, not resolved after support assistance

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for any exception.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are always non-refundable:

  • ebooks
  • digital planners
  • bundles
  • downloadable content
  • any instant-access digital product

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • you understand the product is digital
  • you have reviewed product descriptions before purchase
  • you will contact support if any technical issue occurs instead of initiating a chargeback

6. CHARGEBACKS

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before opening a dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • restriction from future purchases
  • dispute of the claim with payment providers (Stripe/PayPal)
  • submission of proof of delivery and access
